That is a scary story. I’m so glad you came out of that experience safely. Life is so fragile and unpredictable – just one bad decision… And we’ve all made bad decisions at one time or another.
Hey Les, I’m a big fan of Survivorman. I know you never go anywhere without your multi-tool (and your harmonica too, of course). I was wondering if there’s a certain brand of multi-tool that you trust the most in survival situtaions, or if it’s just something anyone could go pick up at the nearest Wal-Mart that would work just as well. I am going on a hiking trip in the Grand Canyon this August and would certainly appreciate your opinion on which kind of multi-tool to buy. Thanks very much.
