In the tradition of the hit series Survivorman, Survive This follows in Les Stroud’s footsteps by empowering kids to explore their connection to the wild.
Eight kids between the ages of 14 to 17 are taken into the wilderness with Les Stroud as their mentor. Chosen for their unique personalities and overall adventure readiness, these kids are vying to fulfill a self-determined goal that is both personal and inspiring. They are challenged physically, emotionally and intellectually. Each episode presents a different survival challenge – devised by Les Stround himself! Over the course of the series, we get to know the kids very well as relationships develop, conflicts erupt and emotions run wild. Les IS Survivorman, and he knows better than anyone that sometimes when it comes to survival you only get one chance. He’ll be looking for that individual who is willing to learn and grow under the most difficult situations. And yes – these kids do have to survive.

i have been in the Boy Scouts for a long time and have done many survivor trips. i am 12 and have the guts to do the show and stay for the whole time
I think what your doing with this program is great for kids. I only saw one episode, Wed July 29, the one when three kids bailed out. I recognize many different traits, both good and bad, in all of those kids as the same traits I’ve recognized in my own kids and others. Looking forward to more!

HEY!? My daughter and I were keeping up with the show, but the last episode is missing. When we set our DVR to record it, recorded a stupid show called “Teen Titans”. We searched for Survive this in our program guide, and it turned up zero results! What’s up? We were very disapointed. Also, why was Katrina aloud to come back? That was a joke, and totally unfair to the other kids involved. As for Becka and Kareem, Sure they can survive when they just sat on their butts doing nothing while everyone else worked to gather resources and build camps. They were even complimented for continuing. Still… even with this nonsense going on, I think the viewers wanted to see an ending. So where is the show? Was it moved for cartoon network, or cancelled all together?

I am twelve years old and have been watching Survive This season two. I will be thirteen in August and would really like to sign up for next seasons show. I love being outside and am in the bush a lot. Even though I have never had to survive in the bush, I think I could make it through. Hey Les! This is Alain i’m currently 14 years old, I love the outdoors and especially camping. I’ve never really survived in a real survival situation like on “Survive This”. I’m interested in participating in the show Survive this. I’m 16 and turning 17 in July. I’m in cadets and I’ve taken the Survival instructors course in Cold Lake, Alberta and after going through that and passing with flying colors. I am now my cadet squadron’s head survival instructor. I hope that I can participate in this show because I’ thinking about making a career by being a survival instructor and teach others how to survive, and if I can find as many opportunities and experiences as much as possible so that I can share all of my personal experiences with other people. I think this would be a good notch on my stick of things I’ve done in my youth that others have not. But other than that, please answer me as soon as possible because I’ve got my hopes up with good humor.
To train the few, to teach the rest, survival leads the way!!!
