In the tradition of the hit series Survivorman, Survive This follows in Les Stroud’s footsteps by empowering kids to explore their connection to the wild.
Eight kids between the ages of 14 to 17 are taken into the wilderness with Les Stroud as their mentor. Chosen for their unique personalities and overall adventure readiness, these kids are vying to fulfill a self-determined goal that is both personal and inspiring. They are challenged physically, emotionally and intellectually. Each episode presents a different survival challenge – devised by Les Stround himself! Over the course of the series, we get to know the kids very well as relationships develop, conflicts erupt and emotions run wild. Les IS Survivorman, and he knows better than anyone that sometimes when it comes to survival you only get one chance. He’ll be looking for that individual who is willing to learn and grow under the most difficult situations. And yes – these kids do have to survive.

I’m only 9, but when I turn 14, I’ll be ready to come on this show. Keep looking for me, because the SECOND I turn 14, I will be asking ‘Great, now where do I sign up?’. I’ve heard, and I know that this isn’t a gameshow, it’s surviving, and I’m ready for it!
I am seventeen years old. I like to be in the outdoors as much as posible. I am going into the air force and before I go into the special forces I would like to have the training it take to be truely elite. I believe survive this could help me potentially reach my goal. how do I sign up

i have been in the Boy Scouts for a long time and have done many survivor trips. i am 12 and have the guts to do the show and stay for the whole time
I think what your doing with this program is great for kids. I only saw one episode, Wed July 29, the one when three kids bailed out. I recognize many different traits, both good and bad, in all of those kids as the same traits I’ve recognized in my own kids and others. Looking forward to more!

Long time fan here Les, and I enjoy the new show very much. I just hope sometime in the future there is an adult version of the show, would love to have my survival skills/logical reasoning put to the test.

HEY!? My daughter and I were keeping up with the show, but the last episode is missing. When we set our DVR to record it, recorded a stupid show called “Teen Titans”. We searched for Survive this in our program guide, and it turned up zero results! What’s up? We were very disapointed. Also, why was Katrina aloud to come back? That was a joke, and totally unfair to the other kids involved. As for Becka and Kareem, Sure they can survive when they just sat on their butts doing nothing while everyone else worked to gather resources and build camps. They were even complimented for continuing. Still… even with this nonsense going on, I think the viewers wanted to see an ending. So where is the show? Was it moved for cartoon network, or cancelled all together?
