Truly enjoyed your interview with Jann. You always make me smile and feel so glad to be alive, Les. Your new book sounds very interesting, and I am anxious to see it for sale, because I definitely want to buy it as soon as possible and read it right away. I believe you mentioned the story of Christopher McCandless as being one of the persons whose case you studied for your book. I have often wondered what your thoughts are about how he lived and how and why he died as he did. I read the book, and was deeply saddened, because he was a very intelligent, handsome, and talented young man. I thought his death was such a tragedy…and just when he finally seemed to have found the answers he was looking for too…
I loved that Jann played one of your beautiful songs at the end of your interview. Looking forward to hearing more beautiful songs from you in the months ahead.
